Orders will not be able to be tracked until after 8 P.M. from the day they were shipped . Usually 1-2 days from the date of the order. If your order does not show up that does not mean the order was not shipped, The order may not have been keyed in yet or the ups system may be down temporarily. Please use this service only for a guide as there can be variables which may create difficulties. i.e.. U.P.S. may have picked up early and we were able to send your package postal, express or FedEx.

Note: We most often get to process the order the same day, However the standard rules apply. If you have 2nd day or next day air we of course prioritize those orders and will make every attempt to get them out same day but this is sometimes impossible.

Your Order Status:
Frankbee.com has a 98% fill-ratio in ten days or less ! However, please be mindful of the time required for processing (filling the order, completing required paperwork) and shipping (time-in-transit). Processing time: regardless of shipping method (ground, next day air, second day air), please allow approx. 1-2 business days to process your order.

Shipping time: generally speaking, orders shipped by UPS Standard Ground delivery, east of the Mississippi, require approx. 5 BUSINESS days in-transit (in addition to the 3-5 days for order processing); west of the Mississippi requires approx. 7 BUSINESS days in-transit (in addition to the 3-5 days for order processing). Second day air is 2 BUSINESS days (in addition to the 1-2 days for order processing); next day air is 1 BUSINESS day (in addition to the 1-2 days for order processing).

Ground Delivery: 1-2 days for order processing + 5-7 business days (does NOT include Saturday & Sunday) shipping time = 5-7 days total.
2nd Day Air: 1-2 days for order processing + 2 business days (does NOT include Saturday & Sunday) shipping time = 3-5 days total.
Next Day Air: 1-2 days for order processing + 1 business day (does NOT include Saturday & Sunday) shipping time = 3-4 days total.

Return Policy: All return requests must have an RMA number. Returns sent in without an RMA number will be refused. Click here to obtain an RMA number. Customer must request RMA number within 14 days effective from date of delivery of order to you. Customer must print RMA number on outside of shipping box and ship package back to us within 14 days of receiving RMA number. All returns after 14 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee without exception. All returns for defective merchandise will be made for the same item.

Item(s) being returned must be returned in original packaging and in original condition along with a copy of the original invoice. Products showing wear, abuse, alteration or breakage, whether accidental or intentional, can not be accepted back even if within the 14 day period. Clothing items which are washed worn or altered may not be returned. Undergarments, swimwear and personal items, may not be returned. Items which would be considered formal wear, costume, or for theatrical production may not be returned or exchanged. Graduation regalia is non-returnable nor exchangable. Unless previously granted and at the discretion of company depending on the reason for return. This would normally be an agreement arranged prior to delivery.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refund of return shipping cost may be requested. Refund requests are reviewed on an individual basis at the time of processing and are granted at the discretion of company depending on the reason for return.

Only UPS Standard or USPS Parcel Post costs will be refunded if approved. All express shipping fees are at the discretion of the customer and will not be refunded. For your protection, we recommend that you send merchandise back via UPS or USPS Insured Mail. Please make sure to provide protection against breakage during shipping by using Styrofoam, newspapers or other cushioning packing material. Certain items including but not limited to razors, shavers, dental care, hair care or edibles (food and drink products) cannot be returned once used due to health concerns. Refunds are given by the same method that the order was paid. Returns sent back without request for either refund or exchange will be treated as an exchange for the same product. Please allow 7-10 days after delivery of your return to our facility for refunds and exchanges to be processed.
